1. Initial conversation
A confidential introductory conversation with the athlete and the family. In this first step, we understand the athlete's background, sport and current environment. Clarify expectations, ambitions and concerns. Identify the key decisions and timelines ahead.
2. Information & Context review
Before any recommendations are made, we review all relevant information in detail. This includes athletic history and performance context, training environment and competition level, academic profile and educational constraints. Previous offers, invitations or try-outs (if any).
3. Decision meeting
A structured 60 minute decision-focused meeting with the athlete and the family. During the meeting, we position the athlete within the real professional sport system. Discuss realistic scenarios, risks and probabilities. Compare professional sport pathways with educational options. Define clear strategic directions for the next phase.
4. Professional pathway assessment
Following the decision meeting, families receive a written Professional Pathway Assessment, which includes an independent evaluation of the athlete. Professional sport and system-level context. Education analysis as risk management. Realistic scenarios and alternatives. A clear 12-24 month roadmap with decision points.
